A responsive website or progressive web app may meet the requirement with less installation and maintenance work. I compare your audience, features, device access and distribution needs before recommending an installed app.
From first screen to working app.
I define the main user journeys and first-release features, then work through interface design, Flutter development, backend connections and testing. You review working screens and complete flows along the way. Release preparation accounts for the target devices, platform requirements and how the application will be distributed.
Flutter provides a shared foundation for iOS and Android development. APIs and a backend such as Supabase with PostgreSQL can support accounts, stored data and business rules. Payments, notifications and device features also need provider configuration, permissions and platform-specific testing.
What affects development cost?
A simple customer app is different from a product with multiple user roles, payments, real-time updates, offline functionality and an administration dashboard. Design scope, backend development, integrations, device coverage and distribution all influence the estimate. I help define those requirements before quoting.

Yes. I use Flutter to develop cross-platform interfaces and shared application logic. I still plan testing, permissions, signing and release preparation for each intended platform, because sharing code does not make every device or store requirement identical.
Can the app connect to an existing website or dashboard?
Yes, through a suitable backend or API. I review the existing account system, data structure and available operations, then define how the mobile app reads and updates information. A staff dashboard can manage the same records with a different set of permissions.
Can you help prepare the application for release?
Yes. Release preparation can include production builds, device testing and the agreed app-store or internal distribution process. Store accounts, signing access, privacy information and provider configuration need to be available. Store review decisions remain with the platform.
